受电弓性能测试装置研究及应用

摘要 针对受电弓与接触导线静态接触力、升弓时间和降弓时间的检测,设计一种受电弓性能测试装置。测试装置主要由测距传感器、操作台、测试机箱组成。介绍测试装置工作原理、技术参数。详细阐述测试装置测试静态接触力、升弓时间和降弓时间的方法。测试装置既可以测试受电弓一个完整升降周期的静态接触力、升弓时间和降弓时间,还可以连续记录一个完整升降周期内的升弓静态接触力、降弓静态接触力,以及升降弓静态接触力差,并生成以静态接触力为横坐标、升降高度为纵坐标的静态接触力曲线。测试装置具有集成化、自动化程度高,测试功能全面等优势,可大幅提升受电弓性能检测能力和效率。 Aiming at the detection of static contact force between pantograph and contact wires,pantograph raising time and pantograph lowering time,a pantograph performance test device is designed.The test device is mainly com⁃posed of ranging sensor,console and test case.The working principle and technical parameters of the testing device are introduced.The test methods of static contact force,pantograph raising time and pantograph lowering time are de⁃scribed in detail.The test device can not only test the static contact force,pantograph raising time and pantograph low⁃ering time of a complete lifting cycle of the pantograph,but also continuously record the static contact force of panto⁃graph raising,pantograph lowering and the static contact force difference of pantograph lifting in a complete lifting cy⁃cle,and generate the static contact force curve with the static contact force as the abscissa and the lifting height as the ordinate.It has the advantages of high degree of integration automation and comprehensive test function,which can greatly improve the pantograph performance detection ability and efficiency.
