摘要
为了解决铁路工程机械在组装过程中频发的表面异常质量问题,研究将表面防护工装应用于铁路工程机械制造领域,并先后在6种量产车型和1种新产品组装过程中使用表面防护工装。通过跟踪分析,验证了表面防护工装适合在铁路工程机械制造领域应用,具有经济合理、便于使用的特点,并提出下一步改进建议。
In order to solve the frequent surface abnormal quality issues of railway engineering machinery in the as⁃sembly process,the surface protection tooling is developed,which is applied to the manufacturing field of railway engi⁃neering machinery,and it is used in the assembly process of six mass-produced models and one new product.Through tracking analysis,it is verified that the surface protection tooling is suitable for the application in the field of railway engineering machinery manufacturing,and has the features of economy rationality and ease of use,and the im⁃provement suggestions forwarded are raised.
