村镇居民点灾害风险等级评估方法研究--基于规划指标体系 被引量:1

摘要 村镇居民点的防灾安全布局应以灾害风险评估为基础,居民点的搬迁归并也应参考其灾害风险等级。村镇居民点灾害风险等级评估可基于规划指标体系,从致灾因子危险性和承灾体暴露-脆弱性两个方面进行考虑。致灾因子危险性的评估主要运用判断矩阵和模糊数学方法;承灾体暴露-脆弱性的评估则是建立评估指标体系并确定指标权重。通过对示范村镇的数据采集和整理探讨灾害风险等级评估方法的应用模式,致力于为村镇居民点体系防灾安全布局规划提供依据。
