抗日战争胜利后,当中国人民还没有完全从胜利的喜悦中平静下来时,一场新的战争已悄然开始。国共内战一触即发,东北因其重要的战略地位成为国共两党共同关注的焦点。我党在争取东北的过程中,积极开展了惩奸除恶、剿匪治安、土地改革等一系列群众工作,这些工作不仅为东北的全面解放奠定了坚实的基础,对全国的解放也具有深远的意义。

After the victory of the Second Sino-Japanese War,when the Chinese people have not completely calmed down from the joy of victory,a new war has quietly begun.The civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China was imminent,and the Northeast became the focus of the two parties because of its important strategic position.In the course of striving for the Northeast,our Party has actively carried out a series of mass work,such as punishing evil,suppressing bandits for public security,and land reform.These works not only lay a solid foundation for the overall liberation of the Northeast,but also have far-reaching significance for the liberation of the whole country.
