摘要
甘肃省于2006年开始实施国家“特岗计划”,该计划的实施对于甘肃省农村义务教育阶段教师数量增加、质量提高和结构改善发挥了重要作用。调查发现,甘肃特岗教师的生活境况具有自然条件较差、文化设施匮乏、基础设施薄弱等特征,与此相对应,特岗教师存在着适应生活环境比较困难、精神生活需求无法完全满足、经济待遇没有达到预期等问题。要改善特岗教师的生活境况,需要地方政府、社会各界、设岗学校和特岗教师自身的共同努力。
Gansu Province began to implement the national"Special Post Plan"in 2006,which has played an important role in increasing the number,quality and structure of teachers in rural compulsory education in Gansu Province.According to the survey,the living conditions of special post teachers in Gansu are characterized by poor natural conditions,lack of cultural facilities and weak infrastructure.Correspondingly,teachers in special post have some problems,such as difficulty in adapting to the living environment,unable to fully meet their spiritual needs,and low economic benefits.In order to improve the living conditions of special post teachers,it needs the joint efforts of local governments,all walks of life,schools and teachers themselves.
