实践共同体视域下的“英语语音”课程教学团队建设

摘要 教学团队建设一直都是我国高校教师队伍建设的重要内容。教学团队建设研究中,实践共同体理论被比较广泛地应用。文章在实践共同体理论视域下,探索分析了兰州城市学院“英语语音”课程教学团队建设实践。该课程教学团队基于共同的事业,遵从相互介入的原则,依托共享的技艺库组建团队,协商制定具有可行性的团队目标,构建平等合作、良性竞争、开放包容的团队运行机制,建设多元化的教学资源库,建成一支理念先进、目标一致、创新进取、团结合作的英语专业教学团队,并取得了良好的效果,为我国的教师团队建设实践提供了有益的参考与借鉴。 The construction of teaching team has always been an important part in the maturing of college teachers in China.And in the research of construction of teaching team,the theory of community of practice has been widely applied.This paper explores and analyzes the practice of teaching team construction carried out by the teaching team of the Course of English Phonology(C.E.P)in Lanzhou City University under the perspective of the theory of community of practice.Based on the three principles of community of practice:mutual engagement,ajoint enterprise and shared repertoire,the C.E.P teaching team has established scientific and feasible goals,and a reasonable and effective operation mechanism for team building.Moreover,a rich and diversified teaching resource bank has been established.As a result,with fruitful teaching and research accomplishments,C.E.P teaching team succeeds in building an English professional teaching team which has advanced notions,consistent goals,incessant innovations and strong team spirit.It also provides a good reference for the practice of teacher team building in China.
