摘要
针对熔体直纺过程中纺丝计量泵出现的卡泵、断销、色泽、纤度异常等生产问题,对计量泵、计量泵传动装置、生产、熔体、维修、安装等影响因素进行分析,寻找问题产生的主要原因,并提出解决办法。
Aiming at the production problems of spinning metering pump in the process of melt direct spinning, such as stuck pump, broken pin, colour and lustre and abnormal fiber, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of metering pump,metering pump transmission, production, melt, maintenance and installation, looks for the main causes of the problems and puts forward solutions.
