摘要
在不确定性的常态下,供应链的安全与韧性受到了前所未有的重视。如何应对风险、如何转危为机,已经成为了很多企业都必须面对和解决的问题。供应链的风险管理能力也越来越成为领先者和追随者的关键区别因素。企业的管理者不得不去思考,如何提升供应链的安全与韧性,如何比竞争对手处于更好的态势来应对不断变化的风险,如何从危机中快速恢复过来。文章基于对韧性管理的理论及实践的研究,提出供应链韧性管理体系构建的框架,从战略层、策略层、运营层及技术层给出相应的方法和建议,期望为企业打造韧性供应链提供有价值的参考。
Under the new normal state of uncertainty,the supply chain security and resilience posed unprecedented attention.How to deal with risks and transform them into opportunities has become a critical issue that many enterprises must face and solve.The risk management capability of the supply chain has increasingly become a key factor in differentiating leaders from followers.Enterprise managers have to think about how to improve the security and resilience of the supply chain,how to be a better position than competitors to deal with changing risks,and how to recover quickly from the crisis.Based on the theory and practice of resilience management,this paper proposes a framework for building a resilience management system in the supply chain,and provides corresponding methods and suggestions from the strategic layer,operation layer,and technical layer.Expected to provide valuable reference for enterprises to build a resilience supply chain.
