摘要 华为自2015年起开展供应链数字化转型,经过不断的数字化能力建设、迭代和夯实,在外部不确定性与日俱增的情况下,有效地保障了供应连续性,支撑了公司业务增长。文章通过回顾华为供应链数字化转型的历程,总结了供应链转型的方法,即建设业务数字化、流程及IT服务化、算法建模三个基础能力,并通过业务的场景化设计聚合基础能力,构建供应链两层数智化业务架构,推动传统作业模式和管理模式的转变。在此基础上通过对华为供应链数字化转型收益的分析,明确了数字化转型在降本增效和价值创造方面的贡献。通过供应链转型方法和收益的总结,以期形成可复制、可推广的模式和经验。 The digital transformation of Huawei Supply Chain starts from 2015.Through the 5 years capability construction and enhancement,Huawei has managed in maintaining supply continuity given the expanding external uncertainty,which successfully supports the business growth.By reviewing the digital transformation journey of Huawei Supply Chain,this paper has come up with a methodology of conducting supply chain digital transformation.It starts from the basic capability construction,including business digitalization,service-oriented processes and IT systems,and algorithmic modeling.And it continues with the integration of the basic capability into business scenarios to build a two layered digital intelligent business architecture,which has transformed the traditional supply chain operating model and management style.This paper has also summarized the business outcome in efficiency improvement,cost saving the value creation through the supply chain digital transformation,to prove the solid contribution it can bring.By summarizing the Huawei supply chain transformation methodology and business outcomes,this paper is intended to provide a reference model to the industry.
