Receiving and departing Trains is the necessary operation in accordance with the prescribed procedures when a train enters(passes) a station and departs from the station in order to guarantee the safety in train operation,which is the basic content of trains handled at station. To meet the actual needs of field operation, TB/T 30001—2020Operating of receiving and departing trains is formulated. This paper introduces the standard formulation background,formulation principles and main technical contents, so that standard users can better understand and implement TB/T30001—2020.
