高铁隧道检查车车体挠度仿真计算与调修工艺

摘要 高铁隧道检查车车体具有变截面和敞开式结构,制造挠度较难控制。通过分析车体结构特点及其对挠度的影响,从仿真计算与工艺角度,明确挠度标准及控制手段,详细说明一次、二次调修方案。在批量生产中,建议优化敞开式结构侧梁上、下平面结构,增加补强梁,以减少或避免调修。 The body of high-speed railway tunnel inspection vehicle has variable cross sections and open structure,which cause the vehicle body deflection is more difficult to control. By analyzing the structural characteristics of the vehicle body and its influence on the deflection, the deflection standards and control methods are clarified from the perspective of simulation calculation and process. The primary and secondary adjustment & repairment schemes will be detailed introduced. In mass production, it is recommended to optimize the structure of the upper and lower planes of the side beam of the open structure and increase the reinforcement beam in order to reduce or avoid adjustment &repairment.
