地铁车辆整车高度影响因素分析

摘要 针对某地铁车辆由于空调机组距离车辆限界过近,导致整车限界检查未通过问题,从设计和制造2个方面开展分析,确定影响整车高度的因素主要有设计公差累加,以及制造过程中车顶组成、车体底架组成、空调机组安装和车辆落车时的误差累计。采取改进设计高度尺寸、调整空调机组尺寸和加强制造过程控制等措施后,顺利通过限界检查。 Aiming at the issue that a metro EMU fails the rolling stock gauge test due to too close distance between the air conditioning unit and the rolling stock gauge, the analysis is carried out from the aspects of design and manufacturing. It is determined that the factors affecting the height of the whole vehicle mainly include the accumulation of design tolerance, as well as the accumulation of errors in roof composition, body under-frame composition, air conditioning unit installation and vehicle landing in the manufacturing process. After taking measures such as improving the design height size, adjusting the size of air conditioning unit and strengthening the control of manufacturing process, the rolling stock gauge test passed smoothly.
