摘要
调研了彩涂板行业色差公式的应用现状,对CIEDE2000色差公式与现在彩涂板行业广泛使用的HunterLab公式进行了比较研究,并就这两个公式与人眼目视的结果进行了试验研究,结果表明:CIEDE2000色差公式定量色差测定结果与人眼的一致性在大部分颜色上明显优于HunterLab公式,可以作为彩涂板行业进一步提升色差质控能力的改善方向。
The application status of the color difference formula in coil coatings had been investigated.CIEDE2000 formula is compared with HunterLab formula,which is widely used in coil coatings.The two formulas and the results of visual inspection were experimentally studied.The results showed that CIEDE2000 formula is better than HunterLab formula in most colors.CIEDE2000 formula can be used as an improved method to quality control of color difference in coil coatings.
