观察孟鲁司特对哮喘患者炎症反应因子IL-4、IFN-γ及睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effects of Montelukast on Inflammatory Response Factors IL-4,IFN-γand Sleep Quality in Asthmatic Patients

目的:观察孟鲁司特对哮喘患者炎症反应因子白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月山东省平邑县妇幼保健院收治的哮喘患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,联合给予孟鲁司特进行治疗。采集治疗前后外周静脉血标本,检测其IL-4、IFN-γ炎性指标;使用多导睡眠仪对患者睡眠情况进行监测,观察并计算睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(Apnea Hypopnea Index,AHI);对比2组症状积分,包括咳嗽、睡眠等;采用健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)比较患者治疗前后的生命质量。结果:治疗后,观察组IL-4低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组,观察组AHI评分显著低于对照组,观察组咳嗽、睡眠症状评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特药物干预哮喘疾病,不仅能够显著改善机体炎症反应,还能显著提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effects of montelukast on inflammatory response factors IL-4,IFN-γand sleep quality in asthmatic patients.Methods:A total of 68 asthma patients admitted to Pingyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was additionally treated with Montelukast on the basic of the control group.Peripheral venous blood samples were collected before and after treatment to detect IL-4,IFN-γand other inflammatory indicators.The sleep status of patients was monitored by polysomnography,and Apnea Hypopnea Index(AHI)was observed and calculated.Symptom scores of the two groups were compared,including cough,sleep,etc.The life quality of patients before and after treatment was compared using the MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36).Results:After treatment,IL-4 in the observation group was lower than the control group,IFN-γwas higher than the control group,AHI score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,cough and sleep symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast can not only significantly improve the inflammatory response of the body,but also significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with asthma,which is worthy of clinical application.
