耳穴贴压法治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的效果观察

The Effect of Auricular Point Sticking Therapy in Treating Post-stroke Insomnia

目的:观察耳穴贴压法对脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。2组患者均接受神经内科常规治疗,其中对照组加用常规助眠药物,观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合耳穴贴压法治疗,4周为1个疗程,2组均进行2个疗程治疗。治疗后,比较2组临床有效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:1)观察组有效率为90%,对照组为60%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。2)治疗后,2组PSQI评分均有改善,但观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压法可有效改善脑卒中后睡眠障碍,可在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of auricular point sticking therapy in treating post-stroke insomnia.Methods:Forty patients with post-stoke insomnia were randomly into a observation group and control group according to random number tabel method.Both of two groups given conventional nursing,while the control group given conventional sleeping pills treament,and the treatment group was given seed-burying in auricular point,4 weeks as a course.After two courses of treatment,clinical efficiency rate and PSQI were compared in two groups of patients.Results:The effective rate in observation group was 90.0%,which was significantlu higher than 60.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking therapy can siginficantly improve the sleep quality after stroke,is worth the clinical promotion.
