围手术期整体护理对眼科老年白内障手术患者睡眠的影响

Effect of Perioperative Holistic Nursing Care on Sleep of Senile Cataract Patients Undergoing Ophthalmic Surgery

目的:探析围手术期整体护理对眼科老年白内障手术患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年11月广州市第一人民医院眼科收治的老年白内障手术患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机抽样分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者在围手术期应用基础护理,观察组患者在围手术期应用整体护理,分析2组护理效果。结果:在对眼科老年白内障手术患者进行围手术期护理后,观察组患者的视力水平、眼压水平、焦虑情绪、睡眠质量、护理满意度均优于对照组,且并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对眼科老年白内障手术患者进行围手术期护理时,应用整体护理能够改善患者视力水平,维持健康情绪状态,减少并发症风险,提高护理满意度,建议应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of perioperative holistic nursing care on the sleep of senile cataract patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 senile cataract patients admitted to the department of ophthalmology of the first people′s Hospital of Guangzhou from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group applied basic nursing during the perioperative period,and the patients in the observation group applied holistic nursing during the perioperative period.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After perioperative nursing care for the elderly patients with cataract surgery,the visual acuity level,intraocular pressure level,anxiety,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing care of senile cataract surgery patients in ophthalmology department,the application of holistic nursing care can improve patients′vision level,maintain a healthy emotional state,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is recommended that holistic nursing care be applied.
