阿司匹林和氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效比较及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Aspirin and Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease and its Effect on Sleep

目的:探讨在老年冠心病的治疗中分别使用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的临床疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇七医院收治的老年冠心病患者400例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组接受阿司匹林治疗,观察组接受氯吡格雷治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、睡眠质量与生命质量。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.00%,对照组的总有效率为88.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者睡眠质量各项评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者生命质量(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:使用氯吡格雷治疗老年冠心病患者的疗效比阿司匹林更有优势,改善患者的心功能和睡眠质量效果更明显,临床疗效更好,能够降低猝死率与再次住院率,改善患者生命质量,控制病情,具有较高的安全性,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease and their impact on patients′sleep.Methods:A total of 400 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in 907 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from January 2019 to December 2020 were studied.According to the random number table method,the included patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 200 cases in each group.The former received A-test The latter was treated with clopidogrel.The treatment effect,sleep and quality of life scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,and that of the control group was 88.50%.The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,The data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sleep scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group.The two groups were compared,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of patients′quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with aspirin,clopidogrel has more advantages in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.It can significantly improve the cardiac function and sleep quality of patients,further improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the rate of sudden death and rehospitalization,improve the quality of life of patients,control the condition,and has high safety.It is worthy to be popularized and applied to elderly patients Patients with heart disease are in clinical treatment.
