观察艾司西酞普兰治疗首发女性抑郁症的有效性及对患者睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Efficacy of Escitalopram in the Treatment of First-episode Female Depression and its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:观察艾司西酞普兰治疗首发女性抑郁症的有效性及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月东莞市第七人民医院收治的首次发病女性抑郁症患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予患者米氮平片治疗,观察组给予艾司西酞普兰进行治疗。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiely Scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale;HAMD)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量变化,同时比较2组患者不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组患者PSQI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均有所降低,但观察组显著低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗首发女性抑郁症患者疗效显著,起效更快,且药物安全性高,能够有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of escitalopram in the treatment of first-episode female depression and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 80 female patients with first-time depression admitted to the Seventh People′s Hospital of Dongguan city from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mirtazapine tablets,and patients in the observation group were treated with escitepram.Hamilton Anxiely Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression between 2 groups before and after intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of Sleep Quality in 2 groups before and after intervention,and the incidence of the adverse reactions in 2 groups was compared at the same time.Results:After treatment,PSQI score,HAMA score and HAMD score in 2 groups were decreased,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Escitalopram has significant efficacy in the treatment of first-episode female patients with depression,with faster onset and high safety.It can effectively improve anxiety and depression status,and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
