心理护理管理应用于焦虑症患者护理中的效果及对睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Psychological Nursing Management to the Nursing of Patients with Anxiety and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:分析心理护理管理应用于焦虑症患者护理中的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年5月福建省福州神经精神病防治院收治的焦虑症患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组基于常规护理上应用心理护理管理,比较2组的焦虑评分、睡眠质量评分及护理满意情况。结果:观察组护理后的焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的入睡时间评分、睡眠时间评分、睡眠效率评分、睡眠障碍评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分等各项睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理管理应用于焦虑症患者护理之中的临床效果显著,能有效地缓解其焦虑症状,改善其睡眠质量,促进其康复,获得更高的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing management applied in the nursing of anxiety patients and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 80 patients with anxiety disorder treated in Fuzhou neuropsychiatric Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group applied psychological nursing management based on routine nursing.The anxiety score,sleep quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of psychological nursing management in the nursing of patients with anxiety disorders is significant.It can effectively relieve their anxiety symptoms,improve their sleep quality,promote their recovery,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
