探讨心理护理对重症监护室(ICU)重症患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量及生命质量的影响

Observation on the Effect of Psychological Nursing on Anxiety State,Sleep Quality and Life Quality of ICU Patients

目的:探讨心理护理对重症监护室(ICU)重症患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2021年5月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的ICU重症患者126例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理与心理护理干预,比较2组患者护理后的焦虑状态、睡眠质量及生命质量情况。结果:观察组患者的焦虑改善优良率为96.82%,显著高于对照组79.36%的焦虑改善优良率(P<0.05);观察组患者的睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生命质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理可缓解重症监护室重症患者的焦虑状态,改善其睡眠质量和生命质量,在临床上有进一步的推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the anxiety state,sleep quality and quality of life of patients in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 126 severe ICU patients admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and were given routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention respectively.The anxiety state,sleep quality and life quality of patients in the two groups were compared after nursing.Results:The excellent rate of anxiety improvement in the observation group was 96.82%,significantly higher than that in the control group(79.36%)(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can relieve the anxiety of patients in intensive care unit,improve their sleep quality and life quality,and has further promotion value in clinical practice.
