优质护理应用于冠心病护理中的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of High-quality Nursing in Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Patients′Sleep quality

目的:探讨冠心病患者行优质护理的效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月平原县第一人民医院收治的冠心病患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规协同优质护理。结果:观察组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度评分、生命质量量表(QOL-100)评分高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在冠心病患者中的运用,可减少患者心绞痛发作次数,缩短其住院时间,改善其睡眠质量和生命质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 108 patients with coronary heart disease treated in the First People′s Hospital of Pingyuan County from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine collaborative high-quality nursing.Results:The number of angina pectoris attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay was shorter,the scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life scale(QOL-100)were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks,shorten their hospitalization time,improve their sleep quality and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
