摘要
本文主要围绕2015至2020年有关躯体症状障碍(SSD)与慢性失眠障碍(CID)的相关文献开展综述,从临床表现和病理生理2个方面讨论了躯体症状障碍和慢性失眠障碍之间的关系,认为多巴胺、褪黑素、阿片受体以及情绪变化对躯体症状障碍和慢性失眠障碍有一定影响,提出了未来SSD与CID的研究方向。
The review backtracks the papers from 2015 to 2020,to the aspects of symptoms,the pathophysiology,fMRI and HRV,summarizing the relationship between somatic symptom disorder(SSD)and chronic insomnia disorder(CID).The review considers DA,melatonin,opioid receptors and mood disorders playing an important role in SSD and CI,and suggests the application of fMRI and HRV,from which the future research can be made.
