高温型分散染料色疵问题的分析与防治

Analysis and Prevention of Color Defects in High Temperature Disperse Dyes

摘要 针对C.I.分散蓝354和分散彩蓝B在高温染色过程中极易出现色疵的问题,通过理论分析,提出了采用分散剂得亚宝DA和乳化剂得亚宝W联合使用解决方案。实验结果表明:染色过程中加入得亚宝DA和得亚宝W可以有效预防色花色点等色疵的产生,并且该助剂对色光影响较小。 Aiming at the problem that C.I.Disperse Blue 354 and Disperse Blue B are prone to color defects during high-temperature dyeing,a solution for the combined use of the dispersant Dyapol DA and the emulsifier agent Dyapol W was proposed by theoretical analysis.The experimental results showed that the addition of Dyapol DA and Dyapol W in the dyeing process could effectively prevent the occurrence of color defects such as color dots with little influence on the shade.
