摘要
以丝网印花方式印制了不同含量的光变红、光变黄和光变蓝窗帘面料并进行紫外吸收剂整理,探讨了该窗帘面料的变色性能、抗紫外性能和耐光性能。结果表明,该光敏变色印花窗帘面料在紫外光刺激下表现出良好的光致变色性能和较好的防紫外性能;防紫外整理后的光敏变色印花窗帘面料较未整理前,在300w光效的紫外灯或氙灯持续5h照射后,仍能保持较好的光变色性能。
By screen printing,photochromic red,photochromic yellow and photochromic blue curtain fabric with different content ratios were made,and then were finished with UV absorber.The discoloration,UV resistance and light resistance of the curtain fabrics were discussed.The results show that the photochromic printed curtain fabric exhibits good photochromic properties and good UV protection under UV light stimulation.The photochromic printed curtain fabric after anti-ultraviolet finishing can still maintain a better photochromic effect after being irradiated with ultraviolet lamp and xenon lamp of 300 w for 5 hours than before finishing.
