摘要
文章对某轻卡车架在强化路试期间出现的局部强度问题进行了原因分析,试验场实车应力应变及加速度测试,确定了货柜U型螺栓力矩衰减松脱是问题产生的主要原因,导致车架受力局部产生了急剧突变,造成了应力集中现象,并进行了拓扑结构优化设计,通过CAE分析验证了车架结构强度性能优化设计,在保证车架力学性能提升的前提条件下,同步实现了轻量化目标,经济效益显著。
In this paper,the causes of the local strength problem of a light truck frame during the reinforced road test certificate are analyzed,and the stress,strain and acceleration of the real vehicle in the test field are tested.It is determined that the torque attenuation and loosening of the container U-bolt is the main cause of the problem,resulting in a sharp mutation in the local stress of the frame and the phenomenon of stress concentration,the topology optimization design is carried out,and the strength performance optimization design of the frame structure was verified by CAE analysis.On the premise of ensuring the improvement of the mechanical properties of the frame,the lightweight goal is realized simultaneously,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
