排气系统对车外加速噪声的影响分析

The Impact Analysis of Exhaust System on Acceleration Noise Outside Vehicle

随着汽车保有量的持续增加,汽车噪声严重污染城市环境,影响人们的工作和生活。文章主要通过一个车型实例引入车辆试验标准及方法,通过试验频谱分析及仿真,寻找消声器消声品质症结点,制作样件后辅以试验对消声器的前后优化对比,论述排气系统对车外加速噪声的影响。验证了排气系统内的气流流速也是影响整车的关键因素之一。

With the continuous increase of vehicle ownership,vehicle noise has become the most important part of urban traffic noise.It’s seriously polluting the urban environment and affecting people's work and life.This paper mainly introduces vehicle test standards and methods through a model example.The key points of muffler quality are found through experimental spectrum analysis and simulation.At last the influence of exhaust system on acceleration noise outside vehicle is discussed by comparing the optimization of muffler before and making sample.It is verified that the air flow velocity in the exhaust system is also one of the key factors affecting the vehicle.
