摘要
随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车的自动化程度逐步提高,对仪表板总成的进车角度、精度等提出了新的挑战。文章通过分析仪表板总成助力臂的特点,从旋转机构、自动脱销机构以及对中/高度补偿三个方面进行优化分析,提出低成本、高效的改造方案,确保助力臂准确快速地进入车身,为实现半自动/全自动助力臂迈出了重要的一步。
With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the level of automation of the cockpit has gradually increased,then a new challenge to the cockpit's orientation and accuracy is presented.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the cockpit arm from three aspects,including rotation mechanism,automatic off-load mechanism and medium/high compensation,and proposes a low-cost and efficient retrofit scheme.Therefore,the cockpit assist arm can enter the body accurately and quickly,which is an important step for the realization of semi-automatic/automatic booster arm.
