An Analysis of the Two-Dimensional Evolution of China’s Basic Economic System since the Founding of New China

基本经济制度是一个国家一定历史时期内生产关系最基本的规定,我们党对我国基本经济制度的理论和实践探索也不是一蹴而就的,这一制度在概念表述上大致呈现出三大改造后社会主义经济制度的建立、党的十五大前后社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的探索确立以及新世纪和新时代条件下中国特色社会主义基本经济制度的形成和发展三个历史阶段,其内涵定义也经历了由所有制“一元主导”向所有制、分配制度和社会主义市场经济体制“三位一体”的转化。这一制度的演进历程体现出以现实需要为演进动力、以客观问题为发展导向、以基本原则为价值坚守的发展特点,对于发展马克思主义政治经济学理论体系、助力不同时期我国经济建设以及释放这一制度的潜在优势意义重大。

The basic economic system is the most basic regulation of the production relations in a certain historical period of a country. The Communist Party of China's(CPC) theoretical and practical exploration of China‘s basic economic system has not accomplished overnight. In terms of concept expression, this system has roughly undergone three historical stages:the establishment of the socialist economic system after the Three Major Reforms, the exploration and establishment of the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism around the 15th National Congress of the CPC, and the formation and development of the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new century and the new era.Its connotative definition has also experienced the transformation from the “unitary dominance” of ownership to the “threein-one system” of ownership, distribution system and socialist market economic system. The evolution of this system has showed the characteristics in the development that the realistic needs are the driving force, objective problems guide the development orientation, and basic principles become what to be valued, which is of great significance for the development of the theoretical system of Marxist political economy, the boosting of China's economic construction in different periods, and the release of the potential advantages of this system.
