摘要
急性阑尾炎是急腹症常见的疾病之一,但急性阑尾炎早期临床特征多元化且生物学表现无特异性,多需借助影像学技术或有创操作以明确诊断。人工智能作为医学领域的新兴技术,与传统的统计学方法逐渐形成“分庭抗礼”的状态。有研究认为,人工智能算法或许能为急腹症患者进一步明确急性阑尾炎诊断带来一种新可能。
Acute appendicitis is one of the common diseases of acute abdomen,but the early clinical features of acute appendicitis are diversified and the biological manifestations are not specific,so the diagnosis of acute appendicitis usually requires imaging techniques or invasive procedures.As a new technology in the field of medicine,artificial intelligence has gradually formed a"rival"state with the traditional statistical methods.The research suggests that artificial intelligence algorithm may bring a new possibility for the patients with acute abdomen to further identify acute appendicitis diagnosis.
