滑行车类游乐设施运行特性分析及仿真计算 被引量:3

摘要 针对滑行车类游乐设施存在的运行参数难以准确计算的问题,本文主要对滑行车类游乐设施的运行特性进行分析及仿真计算。通过分析滑行车类游乐设施的运行原理,根据能量守恒定律和牛顿第二定律,构建滑行车运行参数的数学模型,给出了滑行车运行速度和加速度的计算公式。同时,以丛林飞车为研究对象,采用仿真分析软件ANSYS Workbench的动力学分析模块,利用三维坐标构建轨道的空间模型,设置滑行车和轨道的点线副约束,对其进行刚体动力学仿真分析,并将速度和加速度理论计算数值与仿真结果进行对比。研究结果表明,动力学仿真结果与理论计算结果相吻合,速度的最大误差约为7%,加速度的最大误差约为12%,验证了仿真数据的可信性和轨道建模方法的可行性。该研究为轨道类游乐设施运行参数的计算提供了可借鉴的方法。 In view of the problem that it is difficult to accurately calculate the operation parameters of amusement rides coaster category, this paper mainly analyzes and simulates the operation characteristics of amusement rides coaster category. By analyzing the running principle of scooter, the mathematical model of running parameters is established according to the law of energy conservation and Newton′s second law, and the calculation formulas of speed and acceleration are given. Taking the jungle flying car as the research object, using the dynamic analysis module of ANSYS Workbench, the spatial model of track is constructed by using three-dimensional coordinates, the point and line constraints of the pulley and the track are set, the rigid body dynamics simulation analysis is carried out, and the theoretical calculation values of velocity and acceleration are compared with the simulation results. The results show that the maximum error of velocity is about 7% and the maximum error of acceleration is about 12%, which verifies the simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results. This study provides a reference method for calculating the running parameters of rail amusement facilities.
