以智慧天水时空大数据中心为基础,时空信息云平台提供的各类数据为支撑,围绕各类数据资源的高效管理和应用需求,开展天水市空间规划综合信息平台研发,形成天水市“现状一张图”和天水市“规划一张图”,建立动态多规空间地图分析模型,及时消除各规划存在的矛盾,划定城市管控边界,为全市推进“多规融合”和“一张蓝图”建设提供技术支撑。
