基于单片机技术的智能速热杀菌烘干器设计

摘要 针对传统烘干器效率低、功耗高、所需元器件繁多、结构复杂、风温不恒定等诸多问题,本系统采用STC12C5A60S2单片机控制温湿度、蓝牙、石墨烯加热、电机驱动等模块,提升数据处理速度与运算能力,能够根据用户所需实时调整温度,并对烘干物体进行杀菌。本系统能耗低,安全性强,舒适度高,可操作性强,能够适应不同环境,不同人群的烘干需求。 In view of many problems of traditional dryer,such as low efficiency,high power consumption,many required components,complex structure,variable air temperature and so on,this system adopts STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer to control modules such as temperature and humidity,Bluetooth,graphene heating,motor drive and so on,so as to improve the data processing speed and computing ability,adjust the temperature in real time according to the needs of users,and sterilize the dried objects.The system has the advantages of low energy consumption,strong safety,high comfort and strong operability,and can adapt to the drying needs of different environments and different people.
