摘要
不对称氢化反应是合成具有手性碳原子化合物的重要方法之一。该合成方法广泛应用于医药、农药和有机材料等众多领域。综述了近年来在不对称氢化反应中采用金属手性配体构建手性碳碳双键、碳氧双键、碳氮双键方法的最新研究进展。
Asymmetric hydrogenation is currently one of the important methods for synthesis of chiral compounds of carbon atoms.This synthetic method is more widely used in many styles of medicine,pesticide and organic materials.This paper reviews introduces metal-chiral ligand latest research progress of a double bond,carbon-oxygen double bond,a nitrogen double bond method chiral carbon carbon build asymmetric hydrogenation reactions.
