摘要
从用户体验的角度出发,基于用户感官体验、交互体验以及情感体验,对机床设备用户在使用机床时本能层次、行为层次、反思层次三个需求层次进行分析:本能层次的机床外观造型、文字等视觉上的设计研究,行为层次的交互设计以及交互过程研究分析,以及反思层次对降低用户认知负荷、提高用户心理愉悦度的研究。提出了现代数控机床的设计以用户体验为基础的交互设计建议,以加香机床中的操作流程为例,针对不同专业背景用户的认知负荷不同,讨论并优化了操作过程中人机交互行为,为机床设备用户研究提供一定的理论参考。
From the perspective of user experience,through the study of user sensory experience,interactive experience and emotional experience,this paper analyzes the three demand levels of machine tool equipment users when using machine tools:instinct level,behavior level and reflection level.It studies the appearance modeling and visual design of machine tools in the instinct level,the human-computer interaction process of machine tools in the behavior level,and how to reduce users'cognitive load and improve users'psychological pleasure in the reflection level.The interactive design suggestions based on user experience for the design of modern NC machine tools are put forward.Taking the operation process in the actual machine tool design project as an example,according to the different cognitive load of users with different professional backgrounds,the human-computer interaction behavior in the operation process is discussed and optimized.It provides a certain theoretical reference for the research of machine tool equipment users.
