摘要
提出一种快速装配式工字钢梁的悬臂梁段拼接节点,该节点由悬臂梁段、横隔板、加劲肋组成。通过改变加劲肋厚度和肢长、横隔板厚度和锚固长度、T形凸起区长度、剪跨比、截面尺寸、补强方式和试件加载方式。利用ABAQUS软件,分析了该设计节点的破坏模式和受力机理,得到了荷载-位移曲线。研究结果表明:改变上侧加劲肋厚度、T形凸起区长度和补强方式对节点的抗剪承载力影响较大,T形凸起区长度设计为170 mm(T形凸起区长度/腹板高度的一半=0.85)时,或凸起位置设置加劲肋,可以防止集中力位置的腹板发生局部屈曲,且节点抗剪承载力与原截面基本相当;角钢形加劲肋可加强腹板,并有效防止连接部位发生局部屈曲。
The new connection is made out of a T-shaped cantilever beam,a diaphragm plate,and stiffeners,and it is a prefabricated H-shaped steel beam connection with the cantilever beam.Nine parameters such as the thickness and width of stiffeners,the thickness and anchoring length of the diaphragm plate,length of T-shaped area,shear-span ratio,section size,reinforcement method and loading method are considered.The failure mechanisms and bearing capacity of the steel beam connections are studied using the finite element software ABAQUS,and the loaddisplacement curves are discussed.The results demonstrate that altering the thickness of the top stiffeners,the length of the T-shaped section,and the reinforcement method had a greater impact on the connections’shear capacity.If the joint from local buckling could be prevented,the shear capacity of the connection is practically the same as the original section when the length of the T-shaped cantilever beam is specified to be 170 mm long(length of the T-shaped section/half of the web height=0.85).Angle steel stiffeners are a cost-effective reinforcing technique for strengthening steel beam webs and preventing local buckling.
