摘要
早期开发的一些冲压产品,由于工艺设计的局限性,存在质量不稳定、生产效率低下、材料利用率低等问题。为此,可以采用日益成熟的CAE仿真技术对原有工艺进行优化,以提高产品质量,提高材料利用率,进一步降低量产车型的生产成本,提高产品经济效益。
Some stamping products developed in the early stage have problems of unstable quality,low production efficiency and material utilization due to the limitations of process design.The increasingly mature CAE simulation technology can be used to optimize the previous process to improve product quality,production efficiency and material utilization rate,which will further reduce the production cost of old mass-produced models and increase the profit of automobile sales.
