锌球制备电池锌饼的试验及其特性分析

摘要 干电池用锌筒由电池锌饼冲压成形,目前电池锌饼采用锌板材冲裁,成材率只有50%。本文根据滚动轴承的钢球制取工艺,采用钢球自动冷镦机将锌线材制成锌球,设计了将锌球冲压成锌饼的模具。试验表明,钢球自动冷镦机可制取尺寸精度为±0.025mm的锌球,速度不低于350粒/min。分析锌线材制成的电池锌饼特性,结果表明,其特性符合冲制干电池用锌筒要求,金相组织和物理性能更佳。新技术成材率可提高到99.5%,能耗和物耗降低。 Zinc cylinders for dry batteries are punched from battery zinc wafer.At present,battery zinc wafers have been punched from zinc sheets,and the yield is only 50%.In the text,according to the steel ball production process of rolling bearing,the zinc wire has been made into zinc ball by automatic steel ball cold heading machine,and the die for stamping zinc ball into zinc wafer has been designed.Tests show that the automatic steel ball cold heading machine can produce zinc balls with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.025mm,and the speed is not less than 350 grains/min.The characteristics of the battery zinc wafer made of zinc wire have been analyzed,and the results show that its characteristics meet the requirements of zinc canisters for punching dry batteries,and its metallographic structure and physical properties are better.The yield of new technology can be increased to 99.5%,while the energy consumption and material consumption can be reduced.
