基于小波变换和Hausdorff距离的监测系统设计

摘要 为进一步规范电视广告的播放,需对电视广告播出时段、播出时长及广告内容等方面进行监测监管。对传统人工监测方式进行调查后发现,人工监测广告存在效率低且准确率不高等问题,采用数字图像处理技术和模式识别技术,可以实现对电视节目中播放广告次数和时间的自动监测。实验结果表明,采用基于小波变换和Hausdorff距离的广告自动监测系统计算速度快、识别率高,与人工监测相结合可以使电视广告播放更加规范。 In order to further regulate the broadcast of TV advertisements,it is necessary to monitor and supervise the broadcast time,broadcast duration and advertisement content of TV advertisements.After investigating the traditional manual monitoring methods,it is found that the manual monitoring of advertisements has problems such as low efficiency and low accuracy.The use of digital image processing technology and pattern recognition technology can automatically monitor the number and time of advertisements broadcast in TV programs.The experimental results show that the automatic advertisement monitoring system based on wavelet transform and Hausdorff distance has fast calculation speed and high recognition rate and combined with manual monitoring can make TV advertisement broadcast more standardized.
