摘要
文章研究了高温烟气干化技术在燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放中的应用,该技术利用空气预热器前热烟气蒸发经离心雾化器雾化后的脱硫废水,实现了脱硫废水零排放。研究表明该技术在机组最低稳燃负荷至满负荷工况下均可以处理吸收塔产生的全部脱硫废水,为燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放起到了一定的示范作用,同时使用本技术也会增加锅炉少量煤耗。
This paper studies the application of high temperature flue gas drying technology in the zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants.emission.Studies have shown that this technology can treat all desulfurization wastewater generated by the absorption tower from the minimum stable combustion load to full load conditions of the unit,which has played a certain demonstration role for zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants.At the same time,the use of this technology will also increase boilers.A small amount of coal consumption.
