摘要
枫香树叶乙醇回流提取所得的浸膏经溶剂分步萃取,经正相硅胶色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱反复层析、分离,结合现代分析技术,共从其乙酸乙酯部分鉴定出11个化合物,根据其理化常数及波谱数据鉴定为香草醛(1)、丁香酸(2)、没食子酸乙酯(3)、连苯三酚(4)、没食子酸(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、顺式对羟基肉桂酸(7)、正十六烷酸(8)、正十六烷酸甲酯(9)、正二十一烷醇(10)、12-羟基茉莉酸(11),其中化合物11为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
The leaves of Liquidambar formosana Hance were extracted by 95%ethanol,and then partitioned by organic solvents.The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,combined with modern analytical techniques.11 compounds were identified from the ethyl acetate fraction.According to their physicochemical constants and spectral data,the compounds were identified as vanillin(1),4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid(2),ethyl gallate(3),pyrogallol(4),gallic acid(5),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(6),cis-p-coumaric acid(7),palmitic acid(8),methyl palmitate(9),1-heneicosanol(10),and 12-hydroxyjasmonic acid(11).Compoud 11 was isolated for the first time from the genus Liquidambar.
