我国中部地区省会城市夜间经济发展比较研究

A Comparative Study on Development of Night-Time Economic of Provincial Capital Cities in Central Region of China

中部地区六座省会城市夜间经济发展迅速,但也受到区域协调困难、同质化现象加剧、夜间市场供给不足、数字化转型路径不清等问题的困扰。对比2020年和2021年中部地区六座省会城市夜间经济发展数据,可以发现城市的硬实力、软实力、政府的支持力度等因素直接影响着当地夜间经济的发展。考虑到夜间经济自身发展规律和中部地区六座省会城市自身发展特点,应该在决策层面上提高站位,明确路径;在理念层面上强化公平竞争,提倡绿色健康;在文化生活层面上挖掘特色,因地制宜;在技术层面上要数字赋能,重构场景;在市场层面上要多维构建,下沉市场;在治理层面上要创新机制,提高效能,以促进中部地区省会城市夜间经济的发展。

The night-time economy of the six provincial capital cities in the central region has developed rapidly,but there are also obvious shortcomings such as difficulties in regional coordination,intensified homogenization,insufficient supply in the nighttime market,and unclear digital transformation paths.Comparing the night-time economic development data of the six cities in 2020 and 2021,it can be found that the city's hard power,soft power,and government support and other factors directly affect the development of the local night-time economy.Considering the development law of the night-time economy and the development characteristics of the six cities in the central region,it is proposes to raise the political stance and clarify the path at the decision-making level,strengthen fair competition and encourage the concept of green health at the conceptual level,explore the characteristics and adapt to local conditions at the cultural life level,reinventing application scenarios with digital technology at the technical level,build a multi-dimensional market and sinking the market at the market level,innovate the mechanism and improve the efficiency at the governance level,to promote the development of the night-time economy in the capital cities of the central region.
