微创粘接高嵌体对后牙牙体缺损患者咀嚼能力、美学效果的影响

Effect of Minimally Invasive Adhesive with High Inlay on Masticatory Ability and Aesthetic Effect of Patients with Posterior Teeth Defect

目的:探究微创粘接高嵌体对后牙牙体缺损患者咀嚼能力、美学效果的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月在某院接受后牙牙体缺损修复患者140例,根据数字分配法随机分为桩核冠修复组和高嵌体修复组各70例,桩核冠修复组患者采用全冠修复对后牙牙体进行修复,高嵌体修复组采用微创粘接高嵌体进行后牙牙体损伤修复。观察对比两组患者咀嚼效率、咬力,对两组患者SAS、SDS评分进行对比,统计对比两组患者修复效果及美学效果满意度。结果:与桩核冠修复组相比,高嵌体修复组修复后咀嚼效率、咬力明显上升,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与桩核冠修复组进行对比,高嵌体修复组SAS、SDS评分明显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);与桩核冠修复组相比,高嵌体修复组患者牙体修复有效率、美学效果满意率较高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过微创粘贴高嵌体对后牙牙体缺损患者进行修复,患者牙齿功能恢复良好,美学效果满意度较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive adhesive high inlay on masticatory ability and aesthetic effect of patients with posterior teeth defect.Methods:140 patients who underwent posterior teeth defect restoration in a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into post-core crown restoration group and high inlay restoration group according to the digital distribution method,with 70 patients in each group.The patients in the post-core crown restoration group were treated with full crown restoration,and the patients in the high-inlay restoration group were treated with minimally invasive adhesive high inlay restoration.The masticatory efficiency and biting force of the two groups of patients were observed and compared,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the repair effect and aesthetic effect satisfaction of the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results:Compared with the post-core crown restoration group,the masticatory efficiency and biting force of the high inlay restoration group were increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the post-core crown restoration group,the SAS and SDS scores of the high inlay restoration group were decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the post-core crown restoration group,the high inlay restoration group had higher effective rate of dental restoration and satisfactory aesthetic effect,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:By repairing the posterior dental defect through minimally invasive paste high inlay,the patients have good recovery of tooth function,with higher satisfaction with aesthetic effect.
