浅析丹参多酚、复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Danshen Polyphenols and Compound DanshenDropping Pills in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的:浅析冠心病心绞痛丹参多酚酸盐、复方丹参滴丸治疗的效果。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月-2019年10月冠心病心绞痛患者100例,依据治疗方法分为单独治疗组(丹参多酚酸盐治疗)和联合治疗组(丹参多酚酸盐联合复方丹参滴丸治疗)各50例,对两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、单次发作持续时间、疼痛程度、生活质量、心功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果:联合治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的心绞痛发作次数减少幅度、单次发作持续时间缩短幅度、VAS评分降低幅度、QOL评分升高幅度均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的LVEF升高幅度、ESV、EDV降低幅度均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。在治疗的总有效率方面,联合治疗组为86.0%(43/50),单独治疗组为60.0%(30/50),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,单独治疗组为4.0%(2/50),联合治疗组为8.0%(4/50),两组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛丹参多酚酸盐联合复方丹参滴丸治疗的效果较丹参多酚酸盐单独治疗好。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Danshen polyphenols and compound Danshen dropping pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 100 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients in a hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into Danshen polyphenols alone treatment group(single treatment group,n=50)and Danshen polyphenols combined with compound Danshen dripping pills treatment group(combined treatment group,n=50).The number of angina pectoris attacks,the duration of a single attack,pain degree,quality of life,cardiac function,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the angina pectoris attacks number reduction,the shortening of the duration of a single attack,the reduction of the VAS score,and the increase of the QOL score in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the increase of LVEF,and the decrease of ESV and EDV in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the combined treatment group was 86.0%(43/50),which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the single treatment group(30/50)(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the combined treatment group was 8.0%(4/50)and the single treatment group was 4.0%(2/50),without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Danshen polyphenols combined with compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is better than that of Danshen polyphenols alone.
