西替利嗪联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患儿气道重塑及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Cetirizine Combined with Budesonide on Airway Remodeling and Immune Function in Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨西替利嗪联合布地奈德在支气管哮喘(BA)患儿中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年2月-2022年2月某院收治的BA患儿76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各38例,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,研究组采用西替利嗪联合布地奈德治疗,两组均治疗7d。对比分析两组临床症状恢复情况、炎症反应(血清IL-6、IL-8)、气道功能重塑情况[最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、用力呼出25%肺活量的呼气流量(MEF25%)、用力呼出50%肺活量的呼气流量(MEF50%)]、免疫功能(IgA、IgM、IgG)、不良反应。结果:研究组肺鸣音、咳嗽、呼吸困难、喘息等消失时间短于对照组,治疗后IL-6、IL-8低于对照组,MMEF、MEF25%、MEF50%、IgA、IgM、IgG高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论:西替利嗪联合布地奈德能够有效减轻BA患儿机体炎症反应,促使气道功能重塑,增强免疫功能,加快症状恢复,且安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the application value of cetirizine combined with budesonide in children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods:A total of 76 children with BA admitted to a hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide treatment,the study group was given cetirizine combined with budesonide treatment,and both groups were treated for 7 days.The recovery of clinical symptoms,inflammatory response[serum interleukin(IL-6,IL-8)],airway function remodeling[maximum expiratory interrupted flow(MMEF),expiratory flow at 25%of the vital capacity after forced exhalation(MEF25%),expiratory flow at 50%of the vital capacity after forced exhalation(MEF50%),immune function[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgM,IgG],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of lung sound,cough,dyspnea and wheezing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group.After treatment,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and MMEF,MEF25%,MEF50%,IgA,IgM and IgG were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Cetirizine combined with budesonide can effectively reduce the inflammatory response in children with BA,promote the remodeling of airway function,enhance immune function,and accelerate symptom recovery,which is safe and reliable.
