半夏泻心汤治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on diabetic gastroparesis and its effect on patient quality of life

目的:分析对糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者采用半夏泻心汤治疗的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年6月在某院接受治疗的糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者122例为研究对象,通过掷骰子将所有患者平均分为对照组和实验组各61例,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用半夏泻心汤治疗,将两组患者的疗效、生活质量、血糖水平与症状积分。结果:对照组患者和实验组患者的治疗总有效率与各项生活质量评分进行比照,表明后者均显著高于前者;对照组患者和实验组患者治疗后的血糖水平均显著低于治疗前,且实验组患者均显著低于对照组患者;对照组患者和实验组的各项症状积分进行比照,表明后者均显著低于前者;上述指标比照均有很大差异(P<0.05)。结论:于枸橼酸莫沙必利基础上对糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者采用半夏泻心汤进行治疗可起到积极效果,能够使患者的相关体征与症状显著缓解或消失,可有效降低并控制患者的血糖水平,同时能够使其生活质量提高,具有广泛推广应用的价值。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction on diabetic gastroparesis and its effect on patient quality of life.Methods:122 cases of patients with diabetic gastroparesis treated in a hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled and equally divided into two groups by throwing dice.The control group received mosapride citrate therapy and the experimental group was given Banxia Xiexin decoction therapy on the basis of the control group.Efficacy,quality of life,blood glucose levels,and symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and each quality of life score in the the experimental group significantly higher than those in the control group.After treatment,the blood glucose levels in the two group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group.The each symptom score of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There were significant differences in above indexes in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Banxia Xiexin decoction based on mosapride citrate in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis has positive effect,which can make the patient's related signs and symptoms significantly relieve or disappear,effectively reduce and control the blood glucose level of the patients,and improve the quality of life at the same time,and is of value of widespread promotion and application.
