凝爽降温贴在缓解经动静脉内瘘行血液透析血肿患者的效果分析

Effect of Ningshuang Cooling Paste in Alleviating Hematoma in Patients with Hemodialysis through Arteriovenous Fistula

目的:探讨凝爽降温贴应用于动静脉瘘行血液透析血肿患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年9月-2020年12月于某院行动静脉瘘血液透析后血肿的患者,共64例。根据随机数表法分为试验组和对照组各32例,对照组采用冰袋干预,试验组采用凝爽降温贴干预,对比两组患者干预前后不同时间点的血肿缓解情况及疼痛缓解情况,并对两组患者干预后的效果、患者舒适度及睡眠质量进行比较。结果:两组患者干预24h后血肿缓解程度及疼痛评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),干预4h、8h、16h试验组疼痛缓解程度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者干预24h后治愈率明显优于对照组(87.5%>62.5%)(P<0.05),试验组干预24h后患者舒适度及睡眠质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综上所述,凝爽降温贴可以缓解经动静脉内瘘行血液透析后血肿患者的血肿程度和疼痛进展,提升患者舒适度及睡眠质量,且操作简单方便,值得进行临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ningshuang cooling paste in hematoma in patients with hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula.Methods:64 patients with hematoma after hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula in a hospital from September 2017 to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group was intervened with ice bag,and the experimental group was intervened with Ningshuang cooling paste.The hematoma relief and pain relief of the two groups at different time points before and after the intervention were compared,and the effect,degree of comfort and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistical difference in the degree of hematoma relief and pain score between the two groups after 24 hours of intervention(P>0.05).The degrees of pain relief of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 4 hours,8 hours and 16 hours of intervention(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after 24 hours of intervention(87.5%>62.5%)(P<0.05).The scores of degree of comfort and sleep quality of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 24 hours of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:To sum up,Ningshuang cooling paste can alleviate the degree of hematoma and pain progression of patients with hematoma after hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula,and improve the degree of comfort and sleep quality of patients,with simple and convenient operation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
