摘要
结合崇礼区河道现状和山洪灾害特点,治理工程重点解决治理河段两岸村庄防洪及岸坡稳定问题,坚持“以防为主,防治结合”,通过实践考察,科学制定白旗沟防洪治理工程河道纵坡、横断控制等技术特点,提出超标准洪水应对方案。
According to the current situation of river channel and the characteristics of mountain flood disaster In Chongli district,this project focuses on solving the problems of flood control and bank slope stability of the villages along the river,The technical characteristics of longitudinal slope and transverse section control of the Baiqigou Flood Control Project are scientifically formulated,and the over-standard flood response scheme is put forward.
