摘要
基于合肥市临近地下管线的地铁车站施工的工程背景,通过对施工过程的现场监测和有限元模拟,得到了不同管线在地铁车站施工下的沉降规律。研究表明,车站基坑开挖准备期间,管线沉降速率及沉降量均较小;车站基坑开挖至底板施工完毕期间,管线的沉降值和沉降速率均最大;车站地下主体结构完工阶段,管线沉降量变化不大。在地下管线在一定埋深下,地下管线的沉降量随h/d的增大而增大;地下管线的沉降量随着管线材质的弹性模量的增大而减小。不同管线沉降量的数值模拟结果与现场监测结果的变化趋势均基本一致,验证了有限元模型的正确性。且所研究的地下管线沉降均在警报值内,均处于安全状态。
Based on the engineering background of the construction of a subway station near an underground pipeline,through the on-site monitoring and finite element simulation of the construction process,the settlement laws of different pipelines under the construction of subway station are obtained.The research shows that the pipeline settlement rate and amount are small during the preparation of station foundation pit excavation;During the period from the excavation of the station foundation pit to the completion of the bottom plate construction,the settlement value and settlement rate of the pipeline are the largest;At the completion stage of the underground main structure of the station,the settlement of the pipeline changes little.Under a certain buried depth of underground pipeline,the settlement of underground pipeline increases with the increase of H/d;The settlement of underground pipeline decreases with the increase of elastic modulus of pipeline material.The numerical simulation results of different pipeline settlements are basically consistent with the change trend of field monitoring results,which verifies the correctness of the finite element model.The settlement of the underground pipeline studied is within the alarm value and is in a safe state.
