滹沱河作为石家庄市防洪安全与生态改善的重要载体,随着省会城市“拥河发展”战略扎实推进,保障水利工程的良性运行,才能与城市高位发展战略相匹配。介绍了石家庄市滹沱河水库工程、堤防工程、生态环境治理工程现状和滹沱河生态工程运维服务中心涉及的管理机构现状,探讨石家庄市滹沱河河道日常工程运行维护管理制度,以及进一步加强河道治理与管护的有效措施。研究结果可为提升滹沱河水利工程管理水平及维护措施提供参考,并对其他城市生态河道的水利工程管理具有借鉴意义。

Hutuo River as an important carrier of flood control safety and ecological improvement in Shijiazhuang city,with the steady promotion of the strategy of Embracing The River Development of Shijiazhuang City,the benign operation of water conservancy projects can be matched with the city's high-level development strategy.This article introduces the present situation of Hutuo River’s reservoir project,embankment engineering,ecological and environmental improvement projects,and the status quo of management institutions of Hutuo River Ecological Engineering Operations Service Center.Explored the engineering operation and maintenance management system,and the effective measures for strengthening river regulation and management.The research results can provide reference for improving the management level and maintenance measures of Hutuo River water conservancy projects,and for water conservancy project management of ecological river in other cities.
