摘要
通过对水利工程现有融资形式和运营管理模式进行研究,根据融资方式的不同归纳为3种运营管理模式。对3种模式的区别和优劣进行多角度对比分析,为水利工程选取合适的运营管理模式提供理论支撑。
Through the research on the existing financing forms and operation management modes of water conservancy projects,three operation management modes are summarized according to the different financing modes.The differences,advantages and disadvantages of the three modes are compared and analyzed from multiple perspectives to provide theoretical support for the selection of appropriate operation and management modes for water conservancy projects.
